How does your Mobile Phone Software work?

After you download and install our free mobile phone software to
your mobile phone, you can connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi,
3G and GPRS Internet connections and make calls

applied by mobile phone providers and at the same time have the
convenience of using your mobile phone to call through our VoIP
network.

Our VoIP PC-to-Phone & Mobile Phone software's are very user
friendly and easy to use after installation of our software calling
clients.
Setup is easy and straight forward for users with some previous
experience downloading and installing software's from the Internet.
However for some people the setup process may look complicated.
Most people should know somebody that has good computer skills
and Internet experience and we recommend if you are interested in
using our services and are not sure how to install to get some
assistance from you friends with installation of our software and
services.
Of course you can also always contact our support department, if
you need any assistance installing or using our VoIP services.

Does
you service work in blocked VoIP countires (e.g.: Belize, Oman,
Qatar and UAE)?

Yes, both our PC-to-Phone & Mobile Phone software's have built-in
encryption technology and can be used from any country in the world.
We have a very large customer base in countries where blocking of
VoIP is a very common practice like Belize, Oman, Qatar and the UAE.

Can I safely submit my credit card Online?
|
Using NetTelePhone VoIP Services, you will never need to worry about
credit card safety and every debit/credit card transaction is 100%
safe.

What
kind of payment options do I have?

Does my calling account ever expire?
|
No, NetTelePhone calling accounts have lifetime validity.
Many VoIP services have automatic expiry of calling accounts for
example if not used for 3 months or longer and even apply charges to
calling accounts if inactive for some time.
Using our VoIP services, your calling account will never expire and
is only charged for actual calls that you make using our VoIP
services.

How
is my calling account billed?
|
Your calling account is billed according to our
per minute rates
in one minute increments and
there are no extra connection charges for calls and we don't
charge for
calls that are less than 10 seconds in duration.
Many VoIP and regular phone services do apply extra connection
charges for each call and could for example have a minimum charge of
3 minutes for each call, even if the call is just few seconds in
duration.
Using NetTelePhone VoIP services, you can be sure that your calling
account is billed fairly and correctly without any hidden extra
charges.

How
can I see my cost per minute?
|

Some VoIP services have different calling rates, depending on what
country you are calling from. With our PC-to-Phone & Mobile Phone
software's rates are the same, regardless where you are calling
from.
For an example our calling rate per minute to Canada is 1.7 cents.
It does not matter what country you are calling from and if you are
calling Canada from China, Iceland, United Arab Emirates, Canada or
any other country, the rate remains at 1.7 cents per minute to
Canada.

Should
I use VoIP for local calls?
|
In most cases VoIP is used for international and long distance
calls.
However there are many instances that we know of that our customers
are using our VoIP services even for local calls with significant
savings.
To name an example, calling from a mobile phone provider in Iceland
to a different service provider landlines, the cost is around 20
cents/min.
However with our VoIP service the rate per minute to Icelandic
landlines is only 3.9 cent per minute using our mobile or
PC-to-Phone software's.
So in the above example our calling rate is about five times lower,
compared to using a local mobile phone service provider for such
calls.
To check if it's feasible for you to use VoIP for some local calls,
you can simply compare your local service provider rates to our VoIP
calling rates.

Can I use IP Phone or VoIP SIP
Gatewaysto make calls with your VoIP services?
|
Yes, many of our customers are using SIP devices to make calls
through our high quality VoIP network (e.g.: PAP2 and Linksys by
Cisco).
You can configure SIP devices using our SIP Proxy Server Address:
78.40.240.178 along with your NetTelePhone Account & Pin number.
However if you are using SIP devices from countries where VoIP
blocking is in affect, some additional configuration is needed.

Can I use your mobile software on Blackberry?
|
Our technical engineers are working on making our mobile
phone software compatible with Blackberry and more mobile phone
brands.

Can
I use your NetTelePhone VoIP Services
with iPhone, iPad and IPod Touch?
|

Can your PC-to-Phone software be installedon Macintosh or Linux
operating systems?
|
Our PC-to-Phone software's don't currently support
Macintosh or Linux.
However it's possible to use the free X-Lite software and
configure that software to use with our VoIP services on Macintosh
and Linux. In the configuration window of the X-Lite
software, you will need to insert your calling account and our SIP
Address: 78.40.240.178

Note: If you are located in a country that is applying
active VoIP blocking, like Oman, Qatar and UAE it will not work to
use the X-Lite software with Macintosh and Linux operating systems.

Do you offer any special options for companies or corporations to use your VoIP services?
|
Our VoIP services are used by many companies worldwide.
With our regular calling accounts it's possible to make
simultaneous calls on the same NetTelePhone calling account with 10
or more calls active.
For small companies with few employees, it's usually sufficient
to use one NetTelePhone calling account for VoIP international
calls.
However we do offer more advanced options for companies with a
Business NetTelePhone Calling Account and options of easy management
of sub-accounts used by the employees of the company.
This is for example a good option for a corporation that wants to be
able to monitor or limit usage of each of their employees making
international calls using our business account control panel.
There is no special setup fee to get a Business NetTelePhone
Calling Account, however a minimum order of $500 is required.
